Exact in-app disclosure
Optional
Get Focli texts
Receive task digests and handle tasks by text. You can keep using Focli with push notifications if you skip this.
End-user workflow
- An invited user signs in to the Focli iOS app.
- The user may use the app and push notifications without enabling SMS.
- The user opens the optional SMS setup screen and enters a mobile phone number.
- The user reviews the full disclosure above and actively checks the unchecked consent box.
- The user selects Enable texts. Focli records consent before any automated SMS is sent.
This in-app flow is Focli's only opt-in method. Focli does not use SMS keyword opt-in, paper forms, QR codes, verbal opt-in, point-of-sale opt-in, or purchased lead lists.
Campaign message flow
Invited Focli users opt in only through the optional SMS setup screen in the authenticated iOS app. They may continue using Focli and push notifications without SMS. To enroll, a user opens SMS setup, enters a mobile phone number, actively checks a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default, reviews the program identity, message purpose and frequency, rate disclosure, STOP and HELP instructions, and linked Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, then selects Enable texts. Focli records consent before sending automated messages.
Representative messages
STOP, HELP, and data sharing
Replying STOP unsubscribes the number and prevents further messages unless the user opts in again. Replying HELP returns Focli support information and STOP instructions. Focli does not use START, YES, or another inbound keyword to establish initial consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
