Operator
Focli SMS (the "program") is operated by Daniel Fenton, a sole proprietor in Washington, DC. Contact: info@dmfenton.net.
Program description
Focli is a private, invitation-only task assistant. People who voluntarily opt in may receive automated task digests, reminders, time-sensitive task alerts, confirmations, and conversational replies. Focli does not send marketing or promotional messages.
How to opt in
After signing in to the Focli iOS app, an invited user may open the optional SMS setup screen, enter a mobile number, actively check a separate unchecked SMS consent box, and select Enable texts. The exact disclosure is publicly shown on the SMS opt-in evidence page.
SMS consent is not required to create an account, use Focli, receive push notifications, or complete any transaction. Focli does not use SMS keywords, paper forms, QR codes, verbal consent, point-of-sale enrollment, or purchased lead lists as opt-in methods.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 3 automated messages per day, plus replies to messages you send. Focli does not charge for the program, but message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Focli message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you voluntarily opt in again.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any Focli message or email info@dmfenton.net. A help reply identifies Focli and explains how to unsubscribe.
Delivery and availability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed in all areas or at all times. Focli may change or discontinue the SMS program.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and must be invited by the operator to use Focli.
Privacy and changes
Information is handled under the Focli Privacy Policy. The current terms will remain available at dmfenton.net/focli/terms.
